How do I return unsuitable items?
If you’ve received your product and have changed your mind, then we’ll happily issue a refund for goods returned witihin 10 days from receiving them. Please, contact us on email@example.com saying why you are returning it and making sure your name and order number is also on the email. The product should also be in the original packaging and unused. Please note in this instance, the customer is liable for the postage costs for returning the item. Once we receive the item at our office, we’ll process the refund within 14 days.
What are the shipping options?
At present we only offer standard delivery using local courier companies.
Do you deliver out of the UK?
We currently deliver to the UK only due to the high delivery costs overseas.
When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 2-4 days to receive your order in the UK. However, sometimes this may take a bit longer. Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received your order after 10 working days.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
We cannot assure we'll be able to ammend your order details or products. It depends on the status of the order. If it's not been dispatched yet, we'll be happy to make any changes. However, if the order has been already dispatched, we'll not be able to make changes.
